The game is a 3D hack-and-slash experience where the objective is to eliminate viruses and bacteria inside the human body. As Leuk, the player must eliminate all harmful bacteria by using an “ipn” with medicine capsules as ammo. These capsules inflict damage on the viruses.

As time progresses, the viruses and bacteria become larger and more powerful. The goal is to survive and defeat these threats to progress to the next stage. If Leuk or Eryth dies, the game ends, but players can retry stages until they beat the game. Power-ups in the form of medicine tablets provide temporary boosts in strength, defense, and infinite ammo.
